 What Happens Next?
Following our session together I will compile the information from our discussion into a clear concise reference document.  This will be emailed to you and can be used for your journey of continued development. If you feel you want ongoing support and accountability to bring that plan to life, we can discuss transitioning into a month-to-month partnership.  Following this we can modify or update your progress and see what requires review and or follow up.  There are no lock-in contracts or long-term commitments—we simply work together one month at a time for as long as it serves your growth, keeping you in complete control of your journey     

Ongoing Partnership

Because every transition is unique, ongoing coaching packages are custom-built around your specific timeline and goals. We will discuss all the options at the end of our 90-minute session. I make it affordable and it will pay massive dividends in terms of life satisfaction and progress

Every ongoing package includes:

• 1-on-1 Sessions: Two dedicated face-to-face or virtual sessions per month to track progress and map out your next steps.
• Continuous Access: Unlimited email and phone support between sessions so you never hit a bottleneck alone.
• Complete Freedom: Month-to-month terms so you can pause or cancel anytime.

Summer Lunch On Us

Join us to Celebrate the end of an empowering year with Avon Life Coaching at our complimentary summer lunch - designed to recognise our collective growth and personal achievements.

A chance to share and reflect on the past year. Set in a warm and cozy environment, the lunch will feature gourmet festive food and drinks where guests can toast to their goals. This is a chance to recharge our energy, connect with others to celebrate the incredible journey of personal transformation.

Every person who has attended at least 1 life coaching session in a calendar year is automatically invited
